Search Engine Optimisation - Hints, Tips and Hard Work

At Inovica we are strong believers that everyone who has a website should know something about Search Engine Optimisation, or SEO for short. With a few basic principles under your belt you can make a big difference to the level at which your website performs. 

 

Over the coming months we're going to be dropping some hints and tips about SEO as well as being honest about just how much hard work it can be. (We'll be sure to give these an SEO label so that you can find them using the labels box on the right.)

 

SEO isn't rocket science but it can be time consuming so before we start posting on the ins and outs of SEO we will start by saying two key things:

 

1. SEO is a gradual and ongoing process, not a one off thing

2. Quality over quantity! If anything, this is the golden rule of SEO

 

SEO should be done steadily and consistently over time, and some thought should go into the keywords that you use and the places that you build your inbound links.
