EvoVault Document

EvoVault is part of FormEvo and allows your clients secure form and document share access, eSign and a data retention policy, managed within FormEvo.

It has been designed due to the current working environment for you to be able to invite your clients to securely access and review, complete and electronically sign forms that you have prepared for them within FormEvo.

As well as forms ‘Any Documents’ can be securely uploaded and shared by both you and your client. Our aim is to reduce the risks associated with the common practice of attaching confidential documents as email attachments.

Simply send a branded email with a secure link to your client and this opens an EvoVault page again branded with your logo and name.

Features for your clients once logged into EvoVault:

Read your Customised Guidance Notes on what you need.
View and Add Comments to draft forms prepared by you. OR
View, Add Comments and Fill in any forms, logging in as many times as they need to. OR
View, Fill in and eSign forms which have an eSign option.
Upload additional Documents securely for them to review.
Clients can also securely upload any requested documents you require to review.
All activity is captured within the form’s audit trail
