We utilised our intranet platform to provide Nixon Hire with a portal to communicate with staff and to provide them with a mechanism to communicate with each other.

The Nixon Network includes downloadable documents, online forms, a discussion forum, news and training area. All available online, via a secure system.

Online forms

We have helped Nixon Hire by moving many of their previous paper-based procedures online. Using our in-built 'Form Builder' Nixon Hire have been able to replicate and improve previous processes, taking their forms online. Updates are instant and paper has become redundant for many forms, saving costs.

Team Spirit

Multiple locations can always be challenging for communication. Using the Intranet clear messages are distributed instantly, keeping the workforce up to date. In addition, a popular area on the system is the ability for staff to communicate via a forum, be it items for sale or team events that are being arranged.

Cloud Based

The Intranet is completely managed online, meaning that updates are instant and access is available via any machine connected to the internet. This reduces the load on the internal IT department and provides more flexibility to workers who are not within an office.
